Auto Power Volt test

Equipment: automotive meter

Process:

between car battery and automotive meter,  connect the right point .Red for the positive,Black for the negative. Adjust right function.

Automotive meter shows 12.9 volt. It means that the battery level is charged well.

Then we check alternator ,firstly start the engine, and turn on some devices,for instance,lights ,wiper ,radio ,and so on.Secondly check the Battery Volt level, it is approximately 14 Volt ,that means the Alternator is working currently .

Thermometer Sensor test

Use automotive meter select right function and range. Located the thermometer Sensor, lose the wire connection from Sensor, connect them back again through the automotive meter. check the resistance numerical value, if it is nearly 0, that means Sensor is not working; opposite it is some resistance, then check the car again.
